I panic too easily.

When someone says 'I need to talk to you about something' and 'call me back as soon as you get this', alarm bells ring.

ETA: All is well!! Steven's coming up to stay for seventeen days at the end of the month, just after I get home from the US!!

Phoned Steven. Missed him. He's away out, probably for the night. *sadface*

It's his seventeenth today. That seems so insane - he's now the age I was when I had to start looking after him myself. And I missed him.

So I feel a bit crummy about that. But hey, at least it shows that I'm not a sociopath! Just thoughtless and a bit selfish.
